Outdoor ceiling lights are the most favorite lighting amongst most home owners because of their style and utility. They usually are fitted on outdoor ceilings or covered areas so they can light up the whole area suitably. A variety of outdoor ceiling lights are available these days. They can be either modern or traditional depending upon how lighting enthusiasts appreciate them.
Installing your new lights. Your new ceiling light fixture will have come with a mounting bracket. This will look like a solid piece of metal with screw holes and is likely to be shaped like a plate or a strip. The mounting bracket needs to be securely mounted to the electrical box in the ceiling with the wires hanging down around the bracket. Make sure that you attach the ground wire to the grounding screw on the mounting bracket. The next step is positioning your new ceiling lights so that you can connect the wires from the fixture to the ones coming out of the ceiling. Once all the wires are connected you need to carefully lift your new fixture up to the ceiling, pushing the wires up with it, and then line up the screw holes with the ones in the mounting bracket. Tightly secure your lights to the ceiling with the correct screws or bolts – this may take two people depending on the size of your fixture.
